5'1 & below in height/160+ in lbs/What's ur Calorie Goal?

If you are 5'1 and below and over 160 lbs..What is your calorie goal? Also, please your height and weight.
I have soooo many women like myself who believe us shorties have to eat less to lose weight whether we exercise or not.
I want more feedback to see where most of us are calorie wise.

I am 4ft 10in, 36 yrs old, lightly active (3-4 times a week/150-300 burned depending on exercise), about 195 lbs (I weigh Friday)

I started at 168 pounds I'm 4'11-5'. I'm 38 & until this week I have been eating 1500 net daily. With exercise usually 60-90 mins 6 days a week. My average is over a pound a week. Now that means no loss some weeks & more than 1 pound other weeks.

Did you change your calories this week for a specific reason? Less or more than 1500 now?

I'm 5'0, 171 pounds and I eat 1200 a day-- I work a desk job and only exercise lightly it's working for me as far as weight loss but I honestly think I'd feel better at around 1400-- I'm going to try getting 200 extra calories everyday of fruit's and vegetables to up my calories.

I am just under 5'1 and I started at 170 lbs in Jan '14. I am now at 144 and still trying to lose at least another 15 (just to get me into a healthy BMI). I have been eating 1200 cals a day working out 6 days a week, burning at least 200 cals during a workout, I do not eat back my exercise cals. I had some bad days, some bad weeks, but for the most part have kept to it. I play around with my intake of carbs too especially when the scale stays still for a couple of weeks, switching up my diet seems to help me kick back into weight loss mode.

Last year I lost 20lbs from 179 then gained it back and then some over the holidays. Now I am starting over. I am 183lbs 5'1. I am determined to keep it off even during holidays. It's a tough road! I hope to reach my goal weight some day of 125lb which was my weight before my 30s. I swear it gets worse as you get old. I am 36 now! I wonder what 40s will bring?
