Hi all and good day, im gemma new this morning so theres a start I guess. Question is I have been doing ww with great success, but had a long break and gained it all back and then some. Here I hear about eating the right amount of calories. For example on ww fruit n veg are free too eat, here you count every single molsol of food. So.... please could someone tell me if eating 20% less than my tdee is right and what are the right microns ir carbs fat, protein would be please

weighing in at 9st 7
aged 29
and lightly active as I have the daily house work school run and three children too bring up

Yes I have tried many diets and all result in putting weight back on, I found this a lot easier as I do not see it as a diet, its a lifestyle change as for me no foods are off limits, as long as I keep within my calories. Good luck0

Hi Newbie, welcome!
Same here, haven't been this weight on any other 'plan' as its an education process and a natural adjustment. You will soon get the hang of balancing your macros, took me about a week as you will find some very shocking calories/ sugar content on 'healthy' foods. In no time at all you will be able to make your choices automatically and see the weight drop off.

Think of losing weight as an opposite of making money. If you save your money, it will be stored and you will have fat pockets. If you spend it, it will shrink until you get broke. However, what you spend on your exercise is your bonus money to spend in order to save more in your bank. lol0
