    Hi, I wanted to share my 11 week progress with everyone. My name is Amanda. I have been overweight my entire adult life. Feb 21st my friend weighed me and I was saddened and disappointed at my weight of 284. That night something hit me and I decided to make a change for myself and more importantly my family. I changed my eating habits, began working out 5 times a week at my pace. Since then I have lost 32 lbs and I am super motivated to keep going. I cannot upload the pic, could someone do it for me who has uploading experience. = (
