Jillian Michaels YouTube Videos?

Are these the same as the DVDs except you don't have access to her diet recommendation?

I'm not sure if Jillian has any authorized videos uploaded or not. My guess is she has some. Look for a Jillian Michaels channel type thing......some other fitness people do have channels (Jessica Smith is one.....really good workouts).

Most JM videos you encounter are likely (illegal) uploads.....either parts of workouts.....or the full thing. Jillian can yank them off the net or not.

Yes. I downloaded the three 30 day shred ones onto a usb stick which slots into my TV. I prefer this to DVD's as there's no loading time or changing disks :)

Lionsgate has some free Jillian videos posted on their YouTube page under the "BeFit" symbol.
The majority of the Jillan workouts are free on the "BeFit" page.
There are also some nice "Befit in 90" workouts too!

I double checked and you can download the meal plan PDF. So this link is still good.

I just filled out the questionnaire where you can start for free and put down that I wanted to lose three pounds and work on my overall body. I'm already an advanced exerciser so she didn't just give me the 30 day shred. It looks ok except for the diet. She put down that I should be eating 669 calories a day! Is she kidding. I lost 27 pounds on 1450 calories per day plus eating back some of my exercise calories.

Also, I don't like people who don't tell you what the cost is going to be up front.

Wow 669 that's terrifying! I never tried that part of the website. I just downloaded the PDF of recipes for meal ideas. I use the workouts then track my meals on MFP. Sounds like her website is screwed up but I do like her workouts. They always make me sore.

Yeah her website is definitely not right. I entered my own information and she said I was obese! I am marginally over my BMI so definitely not obese.

She also recommended 1200 cals a day for me.
