Any suggestions for quick easy breakfast proteins for people who don't like eggs or yogurt?

They're not typically considered a breakfast food by many people, but I love beans for breakfast
I make bean burritos and freeze them individually, then just microwave them. Or if you don't have any frozen, they will only take a few minutes to throw together (using canned beans).

That's a tough one! I'd say protein smoothie as well or protein bar or fruits/nuts... maybe dinner for breakfast? Quinoa has a lot of protein. I found this good recipe myself that I was going to try. Maybe you will like it too!

You don't have to have traditionally breakfast foods at breakfast. Have whatever food you like that has protein, I guess.0

Been eating morningstar farms veggie burgers with cheese, dijon mustard and chipotle mayo on english muffins for breakfast lately. 28 grams protein. But I also ate leftover turkeyburger helper cold for breakfast last week, so maybe I'm less than helpful.0

I am having lemony lentils (330 cal adapted from the Bean Harvest Cookbook) with chopped baked sweet potato (114 cal) mixed in. This is a lot of calories, but low fat and high protein. A bit high on carbs, but it is sooo satisfying. Other morning I add whatever leftover veggies might be on hand from supper the night before--spinach, summer squash, and cauliflower all work well. Sometimes I add sliced or cherry tomatoes or, when feelling fruiyt, diced apple. An egg on top, if you like them, is also good.
For the lentils to be breakfasty, I back off on the onions, exclude the chili pepper and onion/garlic/cilantro at the end. Can make a batch for the week and mix up what other veggies I may add.0
