Calling all clean eaters (well, mostly clean) !!!!

I've been doing clean eating for about a month now with a few bumps in the road, but have really been seeing the results. I've hit my first problem, I'm running out of new recipes to try. So anybody want to help with their favorite clean foods, breakfast, snack, dinner it doesn't matter.

i had to look up what "clean eating" meant, but i'm pretty sure this fits the bill. i eat homemade guacamole pretty much everyday:
    2 avocados, mashed
    1 quarter red onion, diced
    handful of chopped cilantro
    1 quarter jalapeno, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    juice from half a lemon
    dash of salt, pepper
    --makes 2 servings
--to scoop it, i usually use plain corn chips or celery sticks.

Well not sure what you daily calorie intake is but mine is only 1500 atm. Most easiest thing for me is I cook any vegetables, lean meats with loads of different spices and canned tomatoes( I only use water to steam food, this will save you on unwanted fats from oils too). Same for fruits, you could just use ice and a little milk and some honey to make smoothies or freeze them to make yummy frozen treats. I also love Carnation light hot chocolate, you could mix it in smoothies or its great as a drink and you don't need to add milk. Also if you like quiches you can chop up and vegetables you like and lightly cook them in a pan. then you mix 3 cups egg white and 2 whole eggs in a bowl. Add any seasonings you desire and maybe a lil sprinkle of cheese, pour mixture in any oven proof dish. Put in oven 175 Celsius for 20-25 mins :) There are alotttt of books with recipes under 300/400/500 calorie meals. Special K has most yummiest pastry crisps, they really hit that sugar craving and are only 100cal and 4 g sugar and very low on sodium. Another thing you could do is make stuffed peppers, you simply cut top off peppers and take all seeds out. For a filling you can mix cooked brown rice and your fav vegies with any spices you like and a lil healthy oil. Pour mixture into pepper and bake in oven for 30 mins at 175 Celsius. Peanut butter on crackers, dip vegies in fresh salsa, home made dressings, healthy dips you buy at store. I could go on but I wont lol there are so many things.

What defines "clean" eating? I see the term used a lot here but it seems like it means whatever the poster thinks it means and that can vary pretty wildly.

    Is there an actual definition?

Clean eating is staying away from processed foods, eating food in it's natural state with no other additives. I'm not 100% but close to about 90%. If I can't pronounce what's on the label, or if the ingredient list contains something that I wouldn't keep in my own kitchen, I don't eat it.
