Low grade fever, I hurt everywhere and I can't swallow without excruciating pain. Should I force food, or take it easy today? I had a banana, some ice cream for soothing effect and water.

Take it easy. Let your body heal and don't force anything.0

Get better - then go back to logging as normal. Don't make being sick for a couple days derail you for months, but at the same time, don't worry about logging when sick. Eat what you can, rest, get better.0

Rest.
Heal.
The only thing you really want to 'force' is liquids so you dont become dehydrated.

Go to the doctor if you have fever + sore throat. Could be strep or something else that needs to be treated.0
