What's the deal with Chipotle Chicken?

I was looking over chipotle's Nutrition information. All in all, a great place for a fast lunch; but why on earth does their grilled chicken have more cholesterol than their steak? I assume some kind of marinade? Anyone know?

    You could always call and ask.
    Or find the ingredient list if it exists.

    I think they use chicken thighs rather than chicken breasts. Dark meat has more calories than light. Or, it could be a marinade they use.

    A lot of places coat chicken in butter before they grill it (I have worked in food service). In fact where I worked, we used a butter substitute that was actually way worse for you, but this is a common practice in especially the fast food/chain restaurant industry. That's why a lot of the time, you'll get advice to order a small steak and steamed veggies rather than a grilled chicken breast with veggies.
