I signed on quite a while ago here on MFP but did not follow through on anything and gained weight. :(

I am commiting myself to this..it will happen...this is the year....I CAN DO IT (with all the help and moral support I can get)
this is a promise I am making to myself....I'm Tired of being Fat, I'm Tired of the feeling of not fitting in. I want to fit into smaller clothes, I want to eat sensibly, I believe in myself and I believe in you!!!!!

Lets do this together, Who's with me???
