Help me eat more protein!

I am really struggling to eat enough protein. Anything vegetarian I eat with protein either tends to have high calories, high fat or veggies that I would need to eat buckets of so I cant eat enough to hit my goals.

Any tips?

There's nothing wrong with fat. Healthy fats help with hormone control and overall health, so there's no reason to avoid them. I always treat my fat goal as a minimum. As long as you're getting a balanced diet, there's nothing inherently wrong with any one macro.

As far as protein sources, edamame, Greek yogurt, are you allowed to eat eggs (sorry I have no clue), lentils, some beans are decent source, there are vegetarian protein powders I do believe, are you allowed to have cheese?, sorry if this list isn't very good for vegetarian. Cottage cheese if you can have that >.> in the least, I bumped it for you for better suggestions on protein sources

Broccoli surprisingly has a decent amount of protein per calorie. Edamame is another great one. Lentils, beans, etc. There are vegetarian protein powders, I would suggest trying one of those if you are still lacking protein.

Eggs if you'll eat them. But then I would suggest quinoa, black beans, kidney beans, almonds or almond butter, green peas, CHICKPEAS (my favorite), tempeh or tofu (meh), spinach, broccoli, chia seeds, sesame or sunflower seeds, almond milk or soy milk, and unsweetened cocoa powder (no joke).

These are the things I try to keep rotating through my diet as much as possible.
  • ABB Performance Pure Pro 50 Milk Chocolate, has 50g of protein, only 240 calories, 3g of surgar, 500g of potassium, and only 70g of sodium. A bit pricey, but totally worth it, tastes great too.

I usually buy 4 cases each month from vitamine shoppe.

0% fat Greek yoghurt :-), yogurts are what keep my protein on track (because other than the odd bit of tuna I don't eat meat or eggs).

I love yves veggie dogs/patties, they are actually vegan. Peanut butter, eggs, nuts, Dark leafy greens such as spinach, navy/lima/soy beans ect, soy and regular milk, salmon, tuna, yogurt, chickpeas, quinoa, cheese (not mozzarella though), seeds (sesame ect). Other high forms of protein can come in shakes and bars as well :)

I'd just get a low calorie veggie protein powder and make smoothies with fruit.

Quest bars! Kind of pricey, but they have about 20g protein and 17g fiber

Beef jerky, yogurt, Thinkthin protein bars (expensive though), Premier Protein shakes (160cal 30g protein and they don't taste awful!). I buy them at Costco.

I get my protein from foods that are high in fat - healthy fats!

    - almonds
    - peanut butter
    - cheese (I love the Laughing Cow brand - so many options!)
    - hard boiled eggs
    - greek yogurt

    Hemp protein

The taste is unique and different brands taste different, so I would recommend that you mix it in a smoothie.
