i have a really bad cold and i need to know if paracetamol has any calories?
im to scared to take one of the liquid meds for my cough in case they have sugar but the paracetamol will be good for the high temp

    Get some fresh thyme, boil and drink as tea. Will really get all the crap off your chest.

    If you are sick and a doctor has prescribed something why would you not take it based on calories?!?!

    Google it...but just take it, if you are sick and need the meds go for it with no worries of calories. Drink lots of water too.

    You are obsessing too much. Just take your meds and get better.

    Paracetamol has no calories. Yes the liquid may be have some calories. If you care, remember that sugar is important for your immune system, so will probably help overcome the cold anyway

    thanks michael300891 that was useful and thanks everyone else but i know it sounds crazy but i just have to put calories before me and this cold but the human body is designed to fight of this sort of stuff in short time anyway x
