No loss second week.

The first week I lost 13 pounds was excited to go weigh today hoping I'd be down another couple pounds only to have no loss at all. Could it be because of the big loss last week? I need to do better this week on food choices and push a little harder.

Wow!!! 3 lbs. That's a lot of water weight to lose. You're body is catching up. I wouldn't worry about it and just keep on truckin'. Some weeks you'll lose and others you won't. That's the cycle of life with weight loss. Some weeks you'll gain a little. That's the nature of this beast. Be patient and don't expect rapid losses or you'll be severely disappointed.0

Despite doing everything correctly, your weekly weight loss rate will change due to water retention, sodium, exercise, TOM, hormones, bowels, etc. This is normal and should be expected.0

It's only week 2. Weight loss is not linear. You need to just be patient.0

She said 13 weeks in week one and that is phenomenal. It will come off. My scale keeps changing daily, it goes down, up, back down again, even daily it changes throughout the day. DRIVES ME CRAZY.
Also, what does TOM mean, i see it written all over, have no idea what it means.0
