Trackers

Hi guys!

I am looking at getting a tracker to motivate me to move a bit more outside of my gym sessions. I have been looking at the ones that go on your wrist and am stuck now.

So.. which is the best? The 2 I have looked at mostly are the fitbit flex and the jawbone. They seem to be better in my price range.

    I have the Fitbit Flex and I'm happy with it. I use the Fitbit app to log activity, sleep, and body composition. I use MFP to log food. They integrate seamlessly.
  • Thanks for your reply :) The flex is my favourite so far, but for the first time in my life I am taking getting fit seriously, so want to be more objective than ... oooh its pretty :)
