Does anyone know how to log Crossfit workouts? I tried logging it into Exercise by each rep that I did for each exercise but it says I only burned 32 calories. That seems impossible. Anyone have any help? Thanks!

    I would probably log it as circuit training.

    I log it as circuit training. I usually only include the WOD time though, not the strength training time.

    Any of you crossfitters do The Murph over Memorial Day Weekend?
    If so an dont really know what/who he was you may want to check out the documentary on Michael Murphy called Murph, The Protector and also see the movie Lone Survivor.

    Thank you all so much for the help! Just started Crossfit on Tuesday. Tonight is my second Foundations class. I am so excited about it all! I can't wait to see results. Anyone start off heavier with Crossfit? How long should I expect to see results if I go at least 2-3 times a week? Thanks!
