Best Fitness DVD for the Morning?

Hi All,

I'm trying to determine a good fitness program I can do in the morning. Ideally the workouts are high intensity, but 20-30 minutes, something that I can fit in timewise before going to work. I've got Insanity and enjoy the workouts, but only a few fit into my timeframe in the morning. Can anyone suggest something that might be a better fit? Thanks!

If you like Insanity I'd suggest trying Focus T25. It's not exactly Insanity but it's still Shaun T as your trainer and each workout is 25 minutes long with an optional cool down. It's fast paced and high in intensity and perfect for people who are in a time crunch!

I just finished it up so feel free to friend me if you have questions! :)

I enjoy doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, 3 levels, 20 min workouts. Great burn!

    Best of Luck,

Thanks for the advice! I had hear of Jillian Michael's 30 day shred before, but not about the focus T25. Both sound like good options, but if T25 has similar intensity to Insanity, then that might be more for me!

I would vote for T25! It's only 25mins a day! I have two little girls and they keep me busy all day. I just get up 30mins before they do in the morning and just get it done! I lost all my pregnancy weight by doing this program.

I did my first T25 yesterday and really enjoyed it! It's the perfect length for me to do before work, since even if I sleep in a bit I can find 25 minutes. It was a solid workout, and my legs were feeling it later that day. Looking forward to more!
