Can I have some help with my food diary please?

Today I had porridge for breakfast. Approx 300ml of semi skimmed milk (as a guesstimate) and 30g of porridge.
I tried to enter it in to my food diary but it's coming up with either 1 serving of 1g or 1 serving of 100g. Do I just choose the 100g,because it won't let me type in 30g or is there another way to do it?
And do I also add the milk in to the food diary separate or does it calculate it with the porridge?
Many thanks

You can change the quantity of the 1g to 30 or the 100g to .3 to get your 30 grams.
The milk is separate.0 -
Yes, what serindipte said - either change it to 1g and enter 30 servings or change it to 100g and enter the decimal .30 servings, and yes add the milk (and any other ingredients you add such as maybe fruit or sweetener) separately.0

Yep. As serindipte said. That should work a treat0
