    I had to look up "naturopath". Do you go to her with things like broken bones?

    No, it was for food intolerances but I think people do go to them for arthritis and things of that sort. Not sure about broken bones..

    Hi OP, I'm curious what your maintenance calories are and how much of a deficit 1,850 drives for you. Are you losing weight at 1,850 or at maintenance?

    Protein :: 0.8 - 1.0 gr / pound of body weight
    Fats :: 0.4 gr / pound of body weight (minimum)
    Carbs can make up the remainder of your calories....

    Carbs and Protein :: 1 gr == 4 calories
    Fat :: 1 gr == 9 Calories

    Hey, Scale-wise I haven't lost in quite awhile like maybe over 6 months so I've been maintaining I suppose but I can tell I've lost in measurements but it's VERY slow progress. I got 1850 from TDEE less 20% calculation.
