When to start insanity?

So I'm able to do insanity now... I just don't know when to start it. I've got exams until the 13th of June, and then they're completely done. I was just wandering, is it wise to do insanity and be on a caloric deficit whilst in exams? I don't usually get too tired whilst in a deficit; but I don't want to take my chances and ruin my exams because of it.
What would you guys do?

I did Insanity during exams and did just fine. As long as you're eating every 2.5 - 3 hours, drinking a lot of water and (trying) to get some sleep there's no reason to wait. Working out will actually help you get less stressed and you'll get more clarity of mind to study!

I did Insanity during exams as well.. You shouldn't be in much of a caloric deficit while doing Insanity. If you follow the nutrition guide, you will eat a lot. The workouts are very short the first month as well, so they won't take too much time out of your day. Personally, I have a ton of energy because of Insanity & the diet that comes along with it.
However, only you can make the call. If you think it will stress you out, then just wait & get a head start on your nutrition for this week.0
