Hi everyone! Just started three days ago. Looking for friends to add for support and motivation. I'm a 43 year old mother of two boys (7 and 8). I'm looking to lose 50 lbs by the end of the year. My main struggle is the hunger . I'm on a 1220 calorie diet plan and find myself always hungry between 10-12 pm. I have been doing really well staying within my 1200 calories often times coming in under. I have been walking 60-85 minutes a day (4 miles).
Hoping as time goes on the hunger pains will disappear.????

    Welcome, you're doing good are you eating the extra calories you earn from you exercise. You might have to eat a little more if doing a lot of exercise. In time it will be better,,, hang in there!

    All you need to do is log accurately and eat back your or most of you exercise calories. If the 1220 cal target is too tough then ease off and aim for a slightly higher target. I started at a target of 2000 and then went down to 1500 as the weight came off. I find protein keeps me full for longer on the morning than cereal. Above all remember you are the one in control of your diet. It is worth the effort.
