I have started doing 'cardio workouts' using YouTube vids(are these good? I just picked the first one that came up only did half of it)
do I need trainers for doing them on my living room floor?
The lady on vid them wears trainers + people at gyms
Is it okay if I just do it barefooted? Or will I injure myself? + only started this week
Which, if any would you suggest?
Ps would you suggest getting 'special trainers' for running/jogging?
Pps I don't really know what I am doing.

Do them barefooted, do them in whatever shoes you have. Don't slip!0

What kind of floor? Is it carpeted? Cement underneath the carpet?
I wear cross-training shoes for my cardio workouts at home. I also have different shoes for walking outside.0
