got off track slightly

Today I went to a brunch and ate food that I had not planned on eating. It was somewhat light, but it was not filling. So when I got home, I wanted to eat. I tried to stay within my daily budget, but I did go over slightly. I just don't want to fall off the wagon and go back to my old eating habits. I've only been doing myfitness for about 2 weeks and I've already lost 7 lbs. That is very encouraging and I just don't want to mess up.

It's okay. You're not going to have perfection every day. Luckily, this process doesn't take perfection to work; just persistence. Keep doing what you're doing and you'll be fine.

good news is probably still ate under your maintenance calories ( i cant see your diary so i am just guessing). Just get back to it tomorrow and know that you enjoyed your brunch.

Part of this process is learning to enjoy life events and be able to get right back on course without feeling guilty.

    You are completely fine.:flowerforyou:

Everyone has those days, just because you have one does not mean you will fall off the wagon. Stay focused, stay motivated and you will be fine. There are days when I want to eat everything in sight, but I have to remember how much better I feel that I am eating clean and I don't want the food hang over after eating the "old style food". I am in your corner rooting you on!
