    Yes: Stop it, save your money, eat food you like, create a reasonable calorie deficit, and use the search function.

    I've actually lost weight on it and I'm quite happy with it, I spend more money when I am not on it

    noooooo.. why? Food? Eat it and use this site how it's made to be used which means count your calories. No need for things that take your money you won't want to keep doing forever.
