Hello I just joined the site yesterday and so far I love it. I am trying to lose 37 pounds and get back to my pre baby weight. I got down to 173 last July and gained it all back because I stoped walking/ running and starting eating whatever again and went right back up to 180 pounds, now since the hoildays I ahve gained 7 pounds and im mad my jeans are to tight and its time for a change. so let the party begin

Welcome!!! It is a great site. I always said that all my weight was 'baby' weight... that gets a little lame for me since my 'baby' is 15. LOL. Now I want to get down to a healthy weight of 140. The first steps are hard but think a little at a time. Also try measuring yourself. Pounds might come off slow but measurements change a little quicker. Good Luck0
