New to mfp. Have been doing strength training (Total Gym) and zumba. Would like to make friends to keep me motivated.

  • Good Luck, i have just joined today and need to lose half a stone, i do gym three times a week and muevette, sometimes pilates. My biggest downfall is wine, so am doing a slimming world diet, need motivation though.
