Hi all, hope i am in the right place to ask for help. At work they started a "wellness/weight loss" program, and the women from HR who is running it asked me if i could find a good Pedometer. Can you help me out with this, I don't know one from the other. Thanks in advance.

if you just want it to count steps, you can go to walmart and buy a pedometer there. it just count steps and clips to your belt or where ever you like to clip it to.
if you want an activity tracker that is a little more research you want to do before you dive into it. search fitbit and I'm sure you will find a lot of good info on it.0 -
