My 30 day Shred results...

Hi all,

I am not really worried about losing weight..although another 5-10 lbs wouldnt hurt... but want tone up!!.. i was pretty lazy all winter, and then decided i needed to get my butt in shape! I am going to do it through once more.. see if i get any more results.. or maybe try another jillian michaels shred.. I cant see a huge difference. but i think i lost some inches...

I am 5'7 and 140 lbs.. with only a 2 lb weight loss in these pics
I took 2 rest days each week!

I am looking to get more muscley.. (lol not a word but...) anyone have suggestions on workouts?

    You look much more toned and smoother(? if you know what I mean?) I noticed the biggest change in your waistline, looks more defined!
