Hi Everyone,

This is my 2nd time losing weight. I'm 43 and currently weigh 229 was 232 last week. When I was on here before in 2012, I lost down to 186. I'm 5'9 btw. My reason for putting this out there...to hold me accountable. I want to get to 186 again, maybe less, but right now 186 would be great. I work and I'm a single mom so trying to fit in exercise isn't always easy. I lost weight before from diet and walking, nothing else.

My reasons for being here: my sons, want to get back in all the clothes I bought, don't want to be diabetic, etc., and I want to feel better about myself.

Please feel free to add me.

Carol

I'm a stay at home too, and it is so hard to fit that time in for exercise! Or to actually eat, I find myself skipping breakfast and lunch from being so busy getting the girls fed and happy. I hope it gets easier as they get older, and infant and a toddler are a wonderful handful!

    1. Nap time.
    2. DVD's to workout at home.

Works for me and I'm not a stay at home. ;)
