Hi, friends! After hearing great things about it, I'm new to fitness pal today! I've been on my weight loss "journey" since 2007 starting at 220 (my highest ever was 245), and have lost 75 pounds in 3.5 years. (but... I gained three back over Christmas). I'm here hoping to use this site to help me hold myself accountable for everything I eat and finally shed the last 15 (now 18) pounds I want to lose in 2011!
To challenge myself this year, I'm running my first half marathon in March. My sister and parents did it last year while I watched, and I decided this year to cross the finish line myself. I'm nervous and excited!
