I just HAD to let you all know I'm officially now in onederland!!! Absolutely over the moon about it :-) To some 30lbs won't be much of an achievement but considering I usually give up after 7lbs on some stupid fad diet I'm pretty pleased with myself! I've finally stopped "dieting" and sorted out my portion control and eating choices. MFP is a lifesaver!

    Awesome! That is a great achievement! I reached that point a few months ago and I swear I was floating not walking. Keep it up!

    Its definitely do-able it just takes a little time so you have to be patient and stick to your guns. Good luck you can do it! :-D

    Double onederland as of today! I've lost 101, and am at 187 lbs. Last September I was at 288.Mostly I just read the boards but today I needed to share, since all of you have helped keep me motivated. Thank you so much! I still have more weight to lose, but today I feel like a million bucks.
