I'm new to all of this so I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Leah and I am a mother, wife, work full time and attend college. I need to lose just a few pounds but I need all the motivation I can get.

    I too carry a very busy schedule, but the motivation and inspiration you can find here is great!

    I know what it is to have such a heavy schedule.There is no time for yourselve most of the time,, you will be great just stay within your calories i didnt think this would work (this site) but it's only been a couple of weeks and i can see pounds coming off slowly but surely.

    You can do this, Hey, If I can do this ANYONE can do this!
    Just remember that the little changes add up to weight loss.
    Take the stairs at collage instead of the elevator.
    Eat more veggies with each meal.
    Eat brown rice instead of white.
    If you go out to eat eat only 1/2 what they bring you and take the rest home.
    Park as far away as you can from the store. Saves time and those extra steps add up to weight loss.
    Remember that you are not alone in this battle for good health! We are all here for you!
