Trying again...!

The first 5 months of starting my weight loss journey, I didn't exactly get what eating healthy meant...Hence I did not lose much, if anything at all. As of 2 weeks I started a new healthier eating plan, I feel and think that I actually have a good diet this time, but just to make sure, would love to hear what y'all have to say about it. P.S. this diet involves a lot of things I never really "loved" before, but since I started actually eating these things, I am surprised to say it myself, I actually love and enjoy eating them. I don't even think about eating junk food, since these things taste so good that I have no cravings. I'm netting at about 1400-1500 calorie a day after eating back exercise calories, hope I''m actually able to reach my goal of going from 13 to size 7 in pants this time! Well here goes...
Breakfast:
1x Boiled egg
30x Pistachio
1x Green tea
Snack:
20x Red grapes
30x Almonds
Lunch:
Pita bread, with sauce and lots of veggies on top. (basically a mini pizza)
18 chicken breast grill slices
Snack:
1 small cheese cube
25x Red grapes
Dinner:
lentil/bean soup (1 cup + 1/2)
15x Almonds
38x pistachios
Breakfast:

Why are you eating so many nuts? Nuts are healthy, but that seems like alot. I would suggest adding more veggies into your diet. Lots of fiber and vitamins are good for you and low calorie!0

This looks ok for a few days a week. I agree with glasshalffull about having so many nuts. There are other types of protein available. Also, you could try salads (beware the dressing- sometimes I use mustard if I really am looking for a bold flavor) and almost any type of not-cream-based soups. It does look like a very healthy entry. Make sure you have a couple of back-up plans for meals so that when you are out of the normal element (or just get bored) you have something else to eat and do not revert back to whatever your old habits were. One last bit, if you do develop a craving for something, don't keep yourself from it. Just have a small serving to satisfy the craving. I use my food scale to measure everything. It helped tremendously with the accuracy. Best of luck!0
