Hello! I know that personal experience/opinion can be very valuable. But, I am looking specifically for sites/people who make evidence-based recommendations re exercise/fitness.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

I think they mean recommendations that reference scientific studies, as opposed to personal opinion, hearsay, or BroScience.. as is frequently found here.
OP - there are many blogs that reference studies, but those studies usually support the opinions of the bloggers. Exrx.net is one site i can think of that is pretty unbiased. If you're really serious though, read the manuals for a good personal trainer certification, like NASM. You can buy used manuals on Ebay. Keep in mind that they're not easy reading - they're more like a college course. But you can't go wrong following their advice.0 -
Thanks, Cherimoose! Exrx.net looks like a great site. Plenty to read and think about. Thanks, again!0
