Jillian Michael's Body Revolution

Hi folk,

Have started doing the above daily and am loving it but am unsure as how to record the workout. Been putting it in as circuits, does that sound about right?

    I'm lazy =) I just put it under Cardio. Guess I'm not much help here =)
    How do you like JMBR so far?

  • Loving it so far but only day 3! My butt seriously hurts this morning! :wink: Downloaded Phase 1 for iTunes but will have to buy the DVD for Phase 2 & 3. Been putting it under cardio, circuits so will persevere with that!
