Holiday motivation

3 and a half months to lose a jellybelly and find abs of steel (ish). Bought a bikini, no turning back now!

    Oh... You are brave! Good luck! Do you have a site that your using, or a plan to create those steely abs?

    Mine need a little bit of ...something. I'm hoping to lose a pound a week leading up to July. It won't be ideal, but it'll be a whole lot better than where I was last summer. :-p
    So far I'm on track.

    Thanks! I've not worn one in over a decade cause of my insecurity over my pot belly - no more! I don't even need abs of steel so long as there's signifcantly les wobble, I'll be happy! I'm aiming to lose 0.5lbs a week.

    So far my exercise 'regime' consists of running 4*pw and cycling to work 5*pw and Bob Harper's Totally Ripped Core DVD on weekends and a weighted hula hoop hat's gathering dust. I'm working on the courage to start weights at the gym but I'm a klutz and I need someone to show me how or I'll drop 'em on my feet! I once fell off a treadmill twice in one session...

    Is there anything you're doing that you find works?
