Pouring oil off peanut butter

Can someone help me find a nutrition table for natural peanut butter with the oil drained?
I know, I know, it's a good fat, the texture will be awful, doesn't reduce the fat by that much, I know all that... :)
But I actually like the taste and texture.
Thanks!

I pour the oil off the peanut butter too, but I don't hange the calories coutnt. There's not that much oil and it's a whole jar of peanut butter so I just keep the count the same. It's probably only a couple of calories anyway. ;-)

Assuming you have a food scale, you could weigh the oil you pour off, each gram is about 9 calories, and subtract that from the total calories of the container.

The difference would be so minimal it's not even worth trying to calculate.

I agree. Per serving it might be too small to do in the future but may as well do it once and satisfy your curiosity.

No idea, but I love doing this. I pour the oil off the top, core a hole through the middle of it and stuff paper towels in there to soak up any more oil, then put it upside down in the fridge overnight or so. When you take out the paper towels and store in the fridge, it's like breaking off pieces of peanut butter candy. I do also eat it normally most times with the oil stirred in. :)
