I noticed that I am now 11 pounds lighter than my driver's license! I have always lied about my weight by quite a bit (we're talking anywhere from 30-50 lbs).
With the help of weight training 3 times a week, walking 4 times a week for 30 min, and seeing a dietitian I am slowly learning healthy choices and achieving my goals of a healthier body.
I love this site because it is full of inspirational people who are at all spectrums of their journey for better health.
