    Hi guys im Nic im 38 and im in Ilkeston in between Derby and Nottingham. id love more friends. ive been on here once before and managed to lose 4 stones in total but have put 1 back on in the last 10 months as i have had a lot of health issues so im now getting strict (er) on the eating and hopefully will get back training one day soon, i was lucky enough to get a kidney transplant in 2001 and have fibromyalgia which im juggling medication on at the moment so everyday is a challenge but i try and make it a good challenge
