    How u doing,It seems so hard, i try to eat the calories that I am allowed, but my problem is that i don't be hungry, so i don't know what to do,it says that i'm going in a starvation mode,what to do, have u tasted the protein shakes, i need to do something,Have a great day. . . . . .

    This is a lifestyle change and should eat when you can. I'm not a breakfast person at all. Before I would have a cup of coffee and wait til lunch to eat but I've learned to eat breakfast to start my metabolism. Your body goes so long without eating through the night. Strange how you have to eat more to lose weight but it works :)
