Any vitamin recommendations?

I see all these multi-vitamins that say they also increase your metabolism. One A Day seems like a good choice, but I thought I'd see if anyone had any suggestions?

    B vitamins- Boost energy, help elevate mood and aids in carbohydrate metabolism
    D Vitamins- Mood elevation, energy, immune system, bones & teeth
    Omega 3/6 oils- Has been shown to help in metabolism (and regularity), as well as mood/energy
    Green Tea- Great metabolism booster (you have to drink 3-4 cups or supplement)

    In addition to a good multi, my doctor told me to take 2000 mg of fish oil and 1000 mg of flax seed a day to speed up your metabolism. Make sure you buy the burpless kind of fish oil however--lol. Oh--and the fish oil is also good for your heart--BONUS!

    Thanks to everyone for the info. I was not aware of these other supplements. That's why I love this site. You can learn from others, instead of spending hours researching!

    Now, I just have to figure out which combinations work for me. Thanks again!

    Almost forgot...you also get tips like get the burpless fish oil. Priceless!
