I've decided to begin my success story at my starting weight and celebrate each week! This time around I'm setting weekly mini goals.
Last week was my first week on MFP and I lost 3.8 lbs! My goal for week two is 1.2

Great work so far! Losing weight is a lot more fun when you have mini goals to meet. But if you don't meet them, don't stress. Make sure you measure your body using centimeters so you can see the change, if you don't happen to drop any weight that week! Good luck!0
