weightloss stall on 3rd week of atkins?

I don't understand, I've been doing everything right. the first 16 days I lost 16lbs.
Now i've gained a pound back and haven't lost anything in 4 day? Most days I stay under 10carbs
a day. I eat no sweets, soda or bread anything like that. Why did my weight loss suddenly just stop ?

    First couple of weeks of Atkins are mostly (or even all) water loss.

    After that, you have to count calories just like everyone else...

    I know, but I barely eat. I try to eat 1,200 calories a day, but its hard. Have you ever tried reaching a thousand calories on just protein? Its like you have to eat constantly. I think most days I only reach 800 calories a day.

    Consider ditching the Atkins plan. Just count calories, getting a good ratio of carbs/fat/protein. It works!

    Are you eating enough than? Or maybe underestimating the calories eaten? I got a food scale and weigh my meats before they are cooked and its made a big difference in how I am losing.
    I do know that when I did atkins in the past, I lost a lot at first and than stalled out. after a 4 month stall out, I gave up.

    Then clearly Atkins may not be a good choice for you.
    Carbs aren't bad. There's no need to eat such a low amount of them unless you have a medical reason for doing so.
    Do something you can sustain long term. Once you come off Atkins and return to previous/different habits, the weight will most likely come back.
