Preworkout?

Anyone have a good recommendation for a pre workout?

The nutrition for less guy recommended Prework and i HATE HATE it.. i feel no extra pump with it..

    But right now I am just using gatorade, creatine and beta alanine.

    I don't personally see why I would spend money on something that, in the end, ist just supposed to give me a little boost. I boost myself with coffee / Tea when needed

    for me it just really gives me the extra push i need to not give up and push myself a little farther. its worth it to me.. i like it cause i can just down a drink 10 mins before i go… coffee is too hot to do that.. i know i know iced coffee.. but its not the same. :)

    While "technically" not a preworkout, I take Creatine and Beta Alanine preworkout. Once in a while I'll take Hemavol if I'm doing a workout with a lot of slow rep/isolation work.

    That's the beta alanine.
  • I am using the cheapest and most powerfull option on the market.
    It works perfect for me. I sleep usualy 4-6 hour/day, working nights and always do exercises after work.
    I am mixing 3-4 tea spons of coffee with glas of Coca Cola Zero or Diet.
    I realy would recomend this drink. I don't know if its healthy but at least you know the ingriedients.
