One Week Challenge-What will you give up?!

I love challenges! Especially if they are short term. What is something that is standing in your way of your goals that you can't imagine going without forever, but will consider doing for a week. Is it soda, sugar/creamer laced coffee, bread, cookies?

I have a few that really need to go, but I cant see myself doing it forever:
Starbucks
Bread
Soda
Cookies, cakes and pastries.
