Question, I jog outside at the moment and I don't have the best stamina, so I jog for a bit and then walk when I feel like im going to die...how do I calculate on here my calories burnt?

I typically calculate my overall pace and then use that calorie count. For example if I run/walk a mile in 15 min, I use the calorie burn for a 15 min/mile even if I ran a minute, then walked a minute the entire time.0

A GPS watch will calculate your calories burned (you can then manually enter them onto MFP).
Otherwise, it's a matter of timing your run sessions (time & approx. speed) and your walking sessions (time and approx. speed) and entering those times onto MFP.
Note: MFP's calories burned are usually higher than actual calories burned. Take them with a grain of salt.
As for the feeling of "I'm going to die" while running, slow down (best advice I ever got for running). You may feel as if you're running "too slow" but you're probably running too fast. Can you speak a short sentence while running? If not, slow down.0 -

Generally it is around 110-115 calories per mile ran, and 70-85 per mile walked.
If you know your pace or whatever then you can loosely guage how many calories you burned with a little bit of math0
