Spaghetti Squash Pad Thai is a winner!
The My Fitness Pal Spaghetti Squash Pad Thai is a great recipe -- I made it last night for my husband & me, and ended up eating 2 portions (3/4 c. is a portion). My one recommendation? Use a wok instead of a skillet when you start cooking the chicken & veggies; there's a lot more room for adding the spaghetti squash at the end.
