what day to i log this under?

Half way through the night, due to my anemia, I have to wake up and take my iron pill, and crackers are not only low cal but they ease the pain of my stomach and to cure the nausea that causes it, what should I log this under, technically it is after my exercise log is finished, but it is on there before I would get up. what do you think?

Put it under the next days snack. Don't sweat a few crackers that help settle down your stomach but keep it in moderation as you are doing it at night when you are not burning many calories0

i would just put it under snack on whatever calendar day it falls on for simplicity...0

Morning snack, I guess. Probably doesn't matter as long as you do it the same each day.0
