    Your waist especially is getting so small!! but I see your lower body too has shrunk and tightened up. Keep it up!

    Posted to this then went off to work.
    I thought it would be a lot longer than 12 weeks before people used words like "inspiration" and "motivation" to describe me.
    I was your classic over-eating couch potato.
    I have literally changed my entire life, and it all feels so easy and natural now I've been doing this for 3 months.
    I am loving the way I feel at the moment, and with just 33% of the way through my journey, I can't imagine how good I'll feel when I'm finished.
    Thanks everyone for all the words of encouragement and just being genuinely nice :)
