has anyone got any tips or ideas on good exercises to do first thing in the morning and to do just before going to bed? Thankyou

first thing in the morning the best is fasted cardio if you are looking to burn fat/lose weight0

I have a pull up bar right outside my room. I usually do around 30 every morning. You could also do body weight squats, push ups, planks etc0
