Exercise before bed and when waking up

Hey :smile: has anyone got any tips or ideas on good exercises to do first thing in the morning and to do just before going to bed? Thankyou :smile:

    first thing in the morning the best is fasted cardio if you are looking to burn fat/lose weight

    I have a pull up bar right outside my room. I usually do around 30 every morning. You could also do body weight squats, push ups, planks etc
