Not able to progress & getting worse

Hi everyone,
I need some thoughts, help, advice.. I'm not sure whats up or why all of a sudden I can no longer lift as much as I was lifting a couple months ago.
I've been going to the gym lifting weights for about a year, no trainer (can't afford it) so it's just been me trying to track and progress. I keep track religiously in a little notebook and lately - probably the last month or so - I have noticed that not only am I not able to increase my weights anymore, but I'm actually back sliding. I can't do as much weight as I WAS previously able to do without any problems what so ever.
I haven't noticed anything physical going on, my energy hasn't been excessively low or anything, possibly I'm a little more tired but I normally exist in a state of ' a little tired' as I have insomnia and have had it for at least 10 + years. I sleep 4-5 hours a night, always have so this is nothing new. For everyone who says you HAVE to sleep to lose weight.. No, you really don't.. Anyways, that has nothing to do with anything since I have been that way for most of my life.
I started a 16 week suspension training course at the beginning of April - which I am nearly done with now. I have also started c25k (I'm on week 3) but I also cut my gym days from 5 to 3 to compensate for the extra activity outside. I hike quite a bit in summer so most of my weekends are going to that these days.
I eat somewhere between 2000 - 2400 calories a day depending on how hungry I feel, I'm losing weight very slowly and still losing inches also at a snails pace. I have no medical conditions.
I'm completely at a loss as to why all of a sudden weight which was easy for me a couple of months ago I now can't do at all. What am I not seeing?

I only go to the gym 3 days. The rest of the time I just jog to work or after work. I don't ever have a day where I do nothing - I wouldn't be able to eat :P0 -
I found the problem after looking at your diary: You are netting around 1200 calories a day and overexercising to get enough calories to eat.
Exercise less and eat more. Your weight loss will probably improve, and your lifts absolutely will improve.

If you're not eating enough, all of the nutrition in your body will be diverted to your internal organs in order to keep you alive. Also, a deficiency of any vitamin or nutrient can make you feel tired. Try looking up all of the vitamins and nutrients in what you are eating (not just fat and calories) in order to understand where you are deficient, and eat to get the vitamins and nutrients you need into your body. WHERE calories come from is just as important as HOW MANY calories you are eating. And you should never undereat. Your body burns about your weightx10 calories at rest. So if you weighed 150 pounds you would burn 1500 calories while sleeping. 1500 calories is a lot of food you could eat before you even started to exercise.0

I eat a LOT... When I was 240 lbs I was eating 2800/day and maintaining. I am eating almost as much now. I still need a deficit to lose weight. I am set to lose .5/wk . If I eat more I won't have a deficit. I can see if I was losing tons but I barely lose anything as it is, maybe 1 lb a month or 2. How will I lose weight if I eat more and work out less?
I had a thread in this forum back in october where I was told that I was eating too much.. I was told to go to 1800 max. That was TDEE, NO exercise calories. I eat more now. What gives? First 1800 is too much, now 2000 -2400 is not enough? I don't get this at all

Training effects are specific, so doing something like this-either instead of lifting, or in addition to, can result in a decreased lifting performance. I don't know that this is your issue,but it wouldn't surprise me if it was a factor.0 -
Yes, that's my point. I'm 15 lbs LIGHTER, which by definition means I should eat less or workout more considering that last year I was eating about 2175 -according to that thread and I was told that my daily 600 calories burned were grossly over estimated. Thus bmy y that logic my calories burned are STILL grossly over estimated which means that I netting more than 1200 so we can dispense with that idea.
I'm well aware of the Scooby site. I'm not some clueless newbie. That site SUPPORTS my intake. Actually according to them I'm still eating too much. For my height, weight, age and activities (66,143,41, 5-6 hours of strenuous exercise, eating at a10% reduction) I'm supposed to be maintatining at 2300 - which is pretty well exactly what I do.0 -

That sounds more likely. Can anyone provide anything specific on this topic? Should I be seeing it improve again after I'm done or did I completely screw my progress?0
