    What are your goals?
  • If you like Jillian Michaels, she has TONS of other workout videos that I cycle through.

    6 Week 6 Pack
    No More Trouble Zones
    Banish Fat Boost Metabolism
    Shred it with Weights
    Yoga Meltdown

My favorites are No More Trouble Zones (more strength training) and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism (more cardio).

T25 is awesome and will kick your butt in a great way (and no I do not sell it or anything else) and you can get it on eBay for cheap ;)

Check your local library for workout DVDs, then you can try them before buying. I went to my library's website and requested titles they didn't have at my local branch - it was fun to try different things and get a feel for what I liked.

You can also find great workout videos online at FitnessBlender.com - all free, and huge variety of workouts.

Goals: lose baby weight. My son is 4 months old. I have been dieting and working out since he was 8 weeks old. I lost 5lb but nothing had shifted since not even inches. I am currently 157 my over all ideal weight would be 126lb long term but i am just wanting to shift as much as possible before 12th october as i am a bridesmaid.
